Orders and Shipping
When will my order ship?
Please allow up to 2-5 business days for your orders to be processed after purchasing!
When will I receive my order?
Domestic orders will take approximately 3-7 business days once shipped, depending on the shipping option selected.
International orders will take approximately 2-4+ weeks once shipped, depending on the shipping option selected.
All domestic and international orders will come with tracking. Please refer to your tracking number for any additional updates on the order once shipped.
Please note that national and global shipping delays may impact your delivery date and I unfortunately have no control over these issues :(
International Shipping
All international packages may be subjected to VAT / import taxes. I will not be collecting or remitting VAT import taxes. Please take a moment to read/understand your location’s local import laws prior to purchase to understand any additional fees that you may be responsible for.
Please note that by placing an order, you (the customer) understand that you are liable for any customs fees/tariffs that occur or your package may be sent back. I, Keii (Killamon), am not responsible for import taxes and they are not included in the item price or shipping. If an order is returned, the order will automatically be refunded, less shipping unless I am notified otherwise to re-ship the order at the purchaser's expense.
Return Policy / Order Issues
Can I return/exchange my order?
Please note that once an order has been processed, they will not be eligible for cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. If you have any issues with an order, please contact me at killamonstore@gmail.com and I will try my best to resolve the issue!
My order has not arrived
Once an order has shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to ensure delivery. If tracking is provided and your package still has not arrived by the expected date, please contact your local post office prior to messaging me. I cannot compensate for any lost orders that are untracked. Thank you for understanding!
My package is damaged / part of my order is missing
Please contact killamonstore@gmail.com with your order number and photos/videos of the products within 48 hours of receiving the package. I will do my best to assist you in resolving the issue! If replacement products are sent due to damaged goods, the purchaser/seller will share 50% of the shipping cost liability.
